Case Study

The Whitehead Law Firm successfully represented the Louisiana Department of Corrections in an American with Disabilities Act claim.  An investigative officer was found sleeping on the job in an area open to incarcerated felons.  After exhaustive discovery and research on Motion for Summary Judgment, the United States District Court for the Middle District dismissed the former employee’s claims. The Whitehead Law Firm successfully defended a government agency that fired an employee who threatened a co-worker.
